By placing an order on our website, the Customer fully accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the shipping, return, and privacy policies, and undertakes to comply with them.
The sales contract is considered concluded upon order confirmation by Kawaiissima, even tacitly.

• Prices are subject to change at any time.
• The order is confirmed by email, with a summary and order number.
• In the event of an error (e.g., price or availability), we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order.

We accept the following methods:
• PayPal / Credit Card (secure payment)
• Advance bank transfer (details sent after ordering)
• Cash on delivery with a €4.00 surcharge (cash on delivery only)

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to Italy and abroad via express courier.
Shipping costs are visible at checkout and vary based on weight and destination.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday
• Shipping is free for orders of €89.00 or more
• Delivery is at street level, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of an incorrect address or failed collection, any storage or return costs will be borne by the customer.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Pursuant to current legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from an order within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging.

7. ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS
The following cannot be returned:
• Customized or made-to-order products

• Final sale or "mystery box" products
